BEN HAMBURG 

Ben Hamburg has been providing quality legal services, including mediation, litigation, and transactional representation to companies and individuals for over 45 years. As a practicing attorney, Ben provided counsel in all areas of the law, with a special emphasis on real estate, business, and employment litigation.

Ben provides mediation services to parties seeking to resolve their disputes without the substantial costs and risks inherent in litigation. Ben, who has mediated hundreds of cases over the past 25 years, has had significant success in resolving extremely complex and difficult cases utilizing creative solutions and has a success rate in excess of 95%.

Prior to forming Hamburg Mediation, Ben, a 1979 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, was a partner in the San Francisco law firms of Dinkelspiel, Donovan & Reder and Freeland, Cooper & Hamburg, was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for a real estate construction lender, and maintained a solo practice of law for over 20 years.  Ben also was an adjunct professor of business law at Holy Names University.

Ben also is active in the community having served on several non-profit boards and volunteering for several organizations.
