Ben Hamburg has been providing quality legal services, including mediation, litigation, and transactional representation to companies and individuals for over 40 years. He offers counsel in all areas of the law, with a special emphasis on real estate, business, and employment.
Ben provides mediation services as a third-party neutral to parties seeking to resolve their disputes without the risk inherent in proceeding through trial, and additionally provides services as an arbitrator. Ben, who has mediated hundreds of cases, has had significant success in resolving extremely complex and difficult cases utilizing creative solutions and has a success rate well in excess of 90%.
Prior to forming Hamburg Law and Mediation, Ben, a 1979 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, was a partner in the San Francisco law firms of Dinkelspiel, Donovan & Reder and Freeland, Cooper & Hamburg, and was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for a real estate construction lender.
Ben is also active in the community having served on several non-profit boards and volunteering for several organizations. Ben also was an adjunct professor of law at Holy Names University.
